Privacy Policy
How information is handled
Moyanova Autism & Family Support respects the privacy of families, caregivers, young adults, schools, and providers who visit this website or request services.
Information collected
This website may collect information you choose to provide when you submit the appointment-request form or communicate with Moyanova. This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, service interest, and any information you choose to include in your message.
The appointment-request form is processed using third-party form and website-hosting services. The site also uses Google Maps for directions. These providers may process submitted information and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, cookies, or usage data under their own privacy practices.
How information is used
Information is used to review appointment requests, respond to inquiries, arrange and prepare for consults, provide services, manage billing or attendance needs, improve website usefulness, and meet legal or administrative obligations.
Sharing information
Moyanova does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help host the website, process forms, provide maps or communications, or support business administration. Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect safety, or to respond to a lawful request.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit urgent, highly sensitive, or crisis-related information through the appointment-request form or unsecured online messages. Detailed personal, medical, school, or family information should be shared only through an agreed communication channel.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults, parents, caregivers, educators, providers, and young adults. Moyanova does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. Parents or legal guardians should submit appointment requests and communicate on behalf of children.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, provide services, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and administer the business. You may request correction, deletion, or access to information using the contact details on the website.
Terms & Disclaimer
What this website and services do, and do not, provide
The information on this website is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical, mental health, legal, educational, or crisis professional.
Consulting and support services
Moyanova provides autism-informed consulting, behavioral support, family support, caregiver support, mediation-style conflict support, school support, and related guidance. Services are personalized, but results vary because every person, family, school, and relationship is different.
No emergency services
Moyanova does not provide emergency or crisis services. If there is immediate risk of harm, a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, or a safety concern, call 911 in the United States, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a crisis resource such as 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
No client relationship until confirmed
Visiting the website, reading resources, or submitting an appointment request does not create a client, consulting, therapeutic, or professional relationship. The form requests preferred dates only; it does not check availability or automatically confirm an appointment. A service relationship begins only when Moyanova directly confirms an appointment or other service arrangement.
Website accuracy
Moyanova aims to keep website information accurate and useful, but information may change. Services, availability, pricing, policies, and locations may be updated without prior notice.
Third-party links
This website may use or link to a third-party form or hosting processor, Google Maps, CASA Upstate, and other resources. Moyanova is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accessibility, or availability of third-party services or websites.
Accessibility Statement
Access for every visitor
Moyanova Autism & Family Support wants this website to be usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom tools, voice controls, or other assistive technology.
The website is designed with accessible structure, descriptive image text, keyboard-friendly links and buttons, readable contrast, and responsive layouts. Moyanova will continue improving accessibility as the site grows.
Third-party tools
Some features, such as appointment-form processing and Google Maps, are provided by third parties. Moyanova cannot fully control those tools, but aims to provide alternate contact methods or information when possible.
Report an issue
If you have difficulty using the site, please use the scheduling or contact method provided on the website and describe the page, feature, device, browser, and assistive technology involved. Moyanova will make a good-faith effort to provide the information or service in another accessible way.
Cancellation & Private Pay Policy
Booking, payment, and attendance
Moyanova is a private pay organization. A diagnosis is not required to access services, and 1:1 consults are personalized around the needs discussed during scheduling or intake.
Appointments
The website form is an appointment request, not a booking system. Preferred dates are reviewed manually, and submitting the form does not reserve a time or confirm an appointment. An appointment is reserved only after Moyanova confirms the date and arrangements directly with you.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the communication method agreed when the appointment was confirmed, such as phone or email. Moyanova may apply cancellation or no-show fees when confirmed appointments are missed or changed with short notice, especially for packages, school observations, or reserved consult time.
Packages
Package terms, session length, expiration dates, included services, payment expectations, and rescheduling rules should be confirmed before the package begins. Unused package sessions may be limited by the terms agreed at booking.
Payment
Fees are private pay and may not be reimbursable by insurance, schools, agencies, or other third parties. Payment timing, accepted payment methods, and receipts should be confirmed when the appointment or package is scheduled.
